Dough:
• 4 cups (500g) bread flour
• 1¼ cups (300ml) cold milk
• ¼ cup (50g) sugar
• 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 1½ tsp salt
Butter Layer:
• 1¼ cups (280g) cold unsalted butter (for lamination)
• 2 tbsp flour (for butter block)

Instructions
• Dough: Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add milk; knead 5 mins. Rest 1 hour.
• Butter Block: Beat butter + flour into a flat square. Chill.
• Laminate: Roll dough, wrap butter inside, fold like a letter. Repeat 3x, chilling 30 mins between folds.
• Shape: Cut triangles, roll into crescents. Proof 2 hours.
• Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 mins until deep golden.
